Richard Morson is a film composer based in Brighton & Hove. 

 

He has scored six feature films, a feature-length documentary and a range of short films in both the creative and corporate industries. His music covers a wide variety of styles from orchestral classical to synth/electronic as well as pop and jazz.

 

 He was a top-10 finalist in the Jonas Gwangwa Music Composition Initiative 2022 and also a top-10 winner in the 2019 Oticons Faculty International Film Music Competition.

 

Richard is a classically trained pianist and cellist with a BA in Music and MA in Film Music and Composition from the University of Sussex.
